Old Daddy Vampire

Old Daddy Vampire is the IT Demon for a military academy. I envy the amount of abuse he is allowed to dole out on the annoying cadets. But he isn't allowed that same freedom with his fellow faculty and staff. He sent me this email exchange to prove that he has to deal with as much nonsense as me. Needless to say, you'll find that the snark doesn't fall far from the tree.

For some time I've been unable to use the My Computer and Windows Explorer functions. I always get a running hourglass, and it freezes up.
